One of Australia's leading Landscape Design Studios is seeking a Town Planner to join their Brisbane team.

Key responsibilities

Development of strong client relationships.
Project management and team coordination.
Preparation of development applications.
Undertaking planning assessment, investigation and analysis of Queensland legislation, guidelines and related documentation for a range of project types

Skills and experience

Recognised tertiary qualifications in Town Planning
minimum 6 years experience
Local experience ideal
Experience with development assessment timeframes and processes, under the Planning Act 2016 as well as other relevant legislation
Project management experience
High level written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work autonomously and within a team
Australian resident
